Quarters Resort & Spa Hours At the Animal Hospital of Statesville, we take client education and customer service seriously. In order to meet our goals of the highest quality service to our clients and their pets, we temporarily close our office and hold continuing education meetings every Monday afternoon from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. During this time, we thoroughly discuss any issues that have arisen during the course of the previous week. We share customer service stories to find out what we are doing right, AND what we might have done differently. Our doctors prepare lectures for us on topics relating to pets and their care, such as diabetes, intestinal parasites, external parasites, etc., to educate our staff to better relate to and educate our clients. We often have pharmacy representatives present informative programs on their products so that we may help our clients make the best choices for their pets. These meetings are mandatory for our staff members. Our weekly staff meetings help us work better as a team, which, in turn, help us serve our clients to the best of our abilities.
