Executive Director
Jada grew up in Troutman, NC and graduated from South Iredell High School and Mitchell Community College. She started with Animal Hospital of Statesville in June of 1998 and became the Lodging Manager shortly after joining the AHS team. In 2001, she transferred to the Client Services department and acquired the responsibilities of the Client Services Director in 2004. She managed both the Lodging and the Client Services departments for 16 years. Jada has cross-trained in every department of the hospital. She is certified in Veterinary Practice Management through Vet Med, VHMA's Advancing Managers, AVMA Veterinary Business and Economic Forum, QPR Training, as well as other leadership training through continuing education classes. These accomplishments and more earned her promotion to Executive Director.
Jada and husband Erik now live in Statesville. She has 3 children, Briana, Steven and Wesley, and 4 grandchildren, who all have made her life complete. Jada loves her community and strives to live, serve and love like Jesus! Her family is of utmost importance to her, and she spends as much time as possible with them. Jada's love for people and animals are her strengths and she loves being able to live out her passion daily through her job here at AHS. Small, but dynamic, Jada is very active in her church and other community outreach events.
