The Animal Hospital is always accepting new patients. We will do our best to accommodate same day appointments if your pet has any urgent medical issues.
If you need urgent care, please call our hospitals directly to ensure we have the room in our schedule to see your pet. We may have other emergencies already in-house and may be unable to provide the care your pet needs at the time you call. We will make every effort to see your pet. However, if it's determined by a doctor that your pet would be better served by going to an emergency clinic, we will make that recommendation. We are committed to helping your pet in any way that we can.
Existing clients can schedule appointments by logging into your Pet Portal for our Statesville and South Main locations. If you have not linked the two hospital accounts in your Pet Portal, you can do so easily via a one-time process. Please log in under the hospital you have previously visited. From there, click “Vets” on the top banner and “Add New Vet.” Search for the other location and press “Add Vet.” Lastly, press “Connect Account” to merge your pets between two hospitals. Our Client Service Representatives are happy to help you link the locations if you need assistance.
If you are bringing a new patient or have had care provided elsewhere, please ensure we receive any previous records prior to scheduling your appointment to ensure we can provide the best care for your pet based on what they may need. Our Customer Service Representatives are happy to help you facilitate this transfer if needed.
