Welcoming from the first call, through the entire appointment, and even when I just popped in to pick up some treats, EVERY person on staff was unbelievably welcoming and personable. I felt like they heard my questions and concerns, addressed them competently, and more importantly, like we were welcomed in to a family. When your pet is truly your fur-child, it makes a world of a difference to know they are in not just good medical hands, but also honestly loving ones. Thank you for welcoming us to Statesville!
