Veterinary Patient Care Team/Lead Puppy Socialization Class Instructor
Traci joined our Veterinary Patient Care Team after attending South Iredell High School and furthering her education at Mitchell Community College. She studied medical terminology, billing, coding and phlebotomy while pursuing her CNA degree. Discovering that she preferred working with animals, she instead began working toward her certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician. She applied to Animal Hospital of Statesville, seeking a better work environment. Traci has 2 adult children, 1 cat and 2 "mini pins" or Miniature Pinschers. She enjoys hiking, doing crafts, watching movies and visiting new places! Does Traci have a unique quirk? Well, yes, she does! She hates the feel of cotton! A little known fact! Regardless of her disdain for cotton, we're happy to help her on her way to becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician! Traci, along with CVA Cynthia as her assistant, teaches our Puppy Socialization Classes.
